- Requires manufacturing, automotive or aerospace experience
- BS degree in finance or accounting
- Proven experience as a senior finance leader within a manufacturing company.
- Deep understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling techniques.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand business strategy
