Outside Sales Representative
WH Industrial is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to support and develop industrial customer accounts throughout the greater Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire regions.
This is a field-based position that combines:
- outside sales
- customer relationship development
- account management
- inventory organization
- onsite operational support
- ongoing account growth
within industrial maintenance and operational environments.
WH Industrial is building a more structured support model designed to help sales representatives focus more effectively on customer relationships, account growth, and long-term customer development.
Responsibilities
- Support and develop active assigned customer accounts within the territory
- Prospect and open new customer accounts
- Build relationships with maintenance and operations personnel
- Support and maintain organized inventory systems within customer facilities
- Coordinate replenishment activities for MRO products and supplies
- Help improve product availability and operational efficiency
- Maintain a professional and responsive customer presence
- Coordinate with internal purchasing and support staff
Helpful Background

Compensation & Opportunity
- Base salary plus commission structure
- Expected total compensation for qualified candidates is approximately $70,000–$100,000 initially
