Head of Finance - aerospace or automotive or aerospace oem or tier one
Job Overview:
Opportunity with a growing defense manufacturing organization for a Head of Finance to lead financial strategy, planning, and operations. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support long-term growth initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
- Location: Southwestern DC area – Hybrid (2–3 days per week in office) – Relocation provided
- Estimated Salary: 200K and benefits:401k, sicx\k days, vacation day, PTO and health insurance

Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
- Proven leadership experience in a senior finance role
- Experience managing full-cycle accounting and financial operations
- Strong expertise in GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting skills
