Dwight’s Beach Concession in Huntington Beach is hiring ahead of our mid-April reopening.
We offer a classic beach menu, equipment rentals (bikes, surfboards, wetsuits and more!) and have a unique Gift Shop that is worth a visit just for it's homage to Dwight's almost 100 year history!
Job Openings:
Back of House staff are responsible for food preparation, cooking, dishwashing, inventory management and sanitation. You must be able to ensure food quality while working in a fast-paced environment.
Front of House staff are responsible for customer service, order taking, payment processing, order fulfillment (including coffee, smoothies, shaved ice etc), inventory and restocking and work area maintenance. You must be able to communicate well and ensure accuracy and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment.
Retail Associate staff are responsible for customer service, sales and operations, merchandising and stocking and store maintenance. Adaptability and availability to work holidays is often necessary.
Rental Associate staff are responsible for customer service, rental equipment maintenance, quality control and inventory as well as sanitation and safety, order fulfillment and payment processing.
